This unique four-course cheese-themed dinner will pair American and European artisan cheeses with Malaysian sambals, sauces and other condiments. Each course will be paired with cider from Ploughman Cider, served and introduced by Ben Wenk, owner and farmer of Ploughman Farm Cider.
