Finger Lakes Craft Beverage Conference

This daylong conference for beginner and veteran individuals involved in the beer and cider industries will include cider-related speakers such as Ryan Burk, head brewer at Angry Orchard Hard Cider; Chris Gerling, manager of the Vinification and Brewing Laboratory at Cornell’s New York State Agricultural Experiment Station in Geneva; Ian Merwin, professor emeritus from Cornell’s School of Integrative Plant Science and owner of Black Rock Cidery; and Dave DeFisher, owner of Rootstock Cider and board member for the NYS Cider Association. Beer industry speakers will also be on hand throughout the day.

The cost is $85 per person and includes the seminars, plus a light breakfast, lunch and evening social hour as well as a 2017 Conference t-shirt.
