In New York, on the outskirts of Rochester’s Neighborhood of the Arts, Patrick Jaouen and Sam Conjerti Jr. are soon to open the city’s first hard cider-only bar, Mullers Cider House. Mullers will be able to seat about 45 people, and the draft list will have a mix of ciders from America and Europe.
