Looking to Start a Cidery or Have an Existing One? Save the Date to Attend This Workshop!

Good Intent CiderThink you have what it takes to open up a cidery and want to learn more? Or perhaps you already own a cidery and want some extra info on how to make your cidery the best it possibly can be? Whichever category you fall into, you’re going to appreciate the information you’ll gain by attending the Hard Cider from Seed to Sip workshop presented by Penn State Extension.

This insightful workshop will take place on February 1 at The Vineyard and Brewery at Hershey from 1–5 p.m. For $120 per person (including a social hour from 5–6 p.m.), you’ll snag an intimate and informative look into the operations of a cidery, from start to finish. A number of speakers, including our very own Mary Bigham of The Town Dish and Dish Works, will be on hand to lead workshops and provide a well-rounded explanation of what you need to know in order to successfully own and operate a cidery.
