Wassail knows cider and knows it well. Luckily for cider-lovers, this New York City cider bar hosts a full slate of cider events throughout the year. Next event coming up: Indian Ladder Farmstead Brewery and Cidery tasting event with brewer/cidermaker Dietrich Gehring on June 29.
This pay-as-you-go event will take place from 6–9 p.m. at the bar and include some must-try cider offerings, such as 7% Solution, blended with pear cider; The Crab, a 20% crabapple blend cider; and Brewers Gold Hopped Cider, a dry-hopped cider made with estate-grown Brewers Gold hops.
Plan on attending with a beer lover? Indian Ladder Farmstead will also be offering a collaboration beer with Threes Brewing, Dan Driscoll Pale Ale.
