VIDEO: Inside Look at New Hampshire’s Farnum Hill Ciders

If you’re a cider fan, you’ve most likely heard of the famed Farnum Hill Ciders. In the video below, owner Stephen Wood takes you through the cider-making process from the tree to the barrel for aging. Wood has worked on the farm since 1965 when he was 11 years old. He was there in the 1980s when Farnum Hill began experimenting with the apple strains from England, France and America that are now perfectly blended to create their famous cider.
